The first quarter of 2023 saw varied performance among the top carpooling and ridesharing apps on the Android platform in Lebanon. Here is a closer look at the weekly downloads, active users, and revenue trends for the leading apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

inDrive. Save on city rides experienced fluctuations in its weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 3.3K in mid-March. Active users showed a general upward trend, starting at around 25K at the beginning of January and reaching a high of 33K in mid-March.

Bolt: Request a Ride maintained a relatively stable download rate, with a slight increase toward mid-March, reaching about 1.6K. Active users showed minor fluctuations, starting at approximately 10K in late December and remaining close to this figure throughout the quarter.

Uber - Request a ride had a modest number of weekly downloads, peaking at around 775 in late December and then gradually decreasing to 170 by the end of March. Active users exhibited a downward trend, starting at about 29.6K in late December and declining to approximately 21.9K by the end of March.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver saw steady weekly downloads, with a peak of about 452 in late March. Active users showed a slight increase over the quarter, starting at around 1K and reaching approximately 1.1K by mid-March.

Careem – rides, food & more had the lowest weekly downloads among the top apps, peaking at around 246 in early March. Active users showed a decline, starting at approximately 5K in late December and falling to about 3.5K by the end of March.
